We recommend using the eero App to manage your network and take full advantage of all eero's awesome features. However, you can still use the Wi-Fi network without the eero App by using the SSID and password in the "Get Started with eero Wi-Fi Network Quick Reference Guide" HERE - this was provided to you by your installation technician.
