• Length of protection you are requesting: i.e. 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours
• Make and Model of your ONT: this is located on your device

PLEASE NOTE: The battery backup only applies to services connected directly to the ONT like POTS (Plain Old Telephone Lines). Other services like routers, switches, and Hosted PBX products are not protected by this battery backup.
