How do I get access to manage my eero network?

Our field technician initiates a network linking (transfer) request to give you access to manage your eero network.

If you did not complete the network linking process in person with our field technician, follow these instructions to complete the process:

Download and install the eero app at https://eero.com/app
Create an eero account via the eero app.
Click the link either in the email or the text message sent to the Account Holder.
Click “Accept” on the pop up.

If you cannot find the invitation email, email our customer service to resent the request.
