HOW RELIABLE ARE METRONET'S UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SERVICES?
Metronet’s 100% fiber network delivers fiber optic services directly to each business for reliable secure service with virtually zero buffering. Dedicated connection to the network with service priority from the 24/7 Network Operations Center.

In most cases, customers are installed with a connection independent from their internet, so if there is a network problem or a CPE issue, voice service is unaffected.

HOW EASY WILL IT BE TO SWITCH FROM MY CURRENT CARRIER?
You don't have to do anything but provide us with information. We take it from there by working with your carrier to move your information to the Metronet system.

DOES METRONET UNIFIED COMMUNCATIONS REQUIRE ANY EQUIPMENT?
Metronet Unified Communications provides all necessary equipment and support for a managed communication experience, including routers, switches, desk phones, conference phones, and cordless phones.

WHAT WILL MY ACTUAL BILL LOOK LIKE?
Metronet Unified Communications has the same taxes and fees (regardless of non-profit status) of about 18%, varying by county, and state, as other service providers in those areas.

CAN I EXPECT TO SEE ANY PRICE CHANGES WHILE ON METRONET PRODUCTS?
No need to worry about price increases as Metronet prices remain consistent throughout the agreement.

WHAT ABOUT AFTER THE INITIAL TERM?
Your subscription will be renewed automatically for the next 12 months, at the same rate as before.

WHAT ARE INSTALL COSTS?
We anticipate no installation costs for your services, as Metronet rates cover both installation and Cat6 installation if necessary.

WHAT ABOUT SUPPORT?
We offer round-the-clock support at our US-based network operations center. Our team comprises local technicians and contractors who work for Metronet and other providers. In the event of any issues with the hosted PBX devices we install, we do not charge for service calls when we come out to assist you.

HOW LONG TO INSTALL?
From the day you sign, an average installation timeframe is 45-60 days, depending on the type of construction, weather, cabling, etc.

CAN WE KEEP THE SAME PHONE NUMBERS?
Yes, phone numbers move with you from the previous provider to Metronet.

HOW MUCH WILL LONG DISTANCE COST?
Unlimited long-distance calling within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US territories. Refer to our terms of service for any exceptions. International calling is available.
